 HISTORY: The F.I.S.T. (Flying Infantry Shock Trooper) is tasked by the U.S. government with terminating Super-Criminals threats. Limited success was the result of an initial run with a number of robot versions prior to the Piloted F.I.S.T. Unit. The Robotic Units required far too much initial expense, continued upkeep and oversight to be selected for active duty. Currently, a number of these units exist in service that have been kept operational until successful completion of the Piloted Units. To date, only 1 operational Piloted F.I.S.T. Unit has been deployed.

However, that Unit was destroyed along with its pilot in the battle occurring when the Super-Criminal group Spades sieged the U.S. base running the F.I.S.T. program. That base, too, was annihilated—the super scientists responsible crushed under blocks of concrete. As expected, the government has moved operations and begun anew, questing for results from the notes left behind.

SUPER POWERS: F.I.S.T. armor allows it's pilot to achieve super-human physical strength and endurance with the upper limits unknown. The suit provides a considerable amount of protection for the pilot and can deflect conventional hand held-weapons. However, it was a direct hit from an air-to-surface missile that destroyed the only operational F.I.S.T. unit. For offense the unit can be equipped with a variety of wrist attachments. The most common is a duel-linked firearm with ammunition equivalent to that fired by an M60 and each wrist containing 150 rounds.
